Pancho (38) aka "Bravo1" has not been able to speak since 2003. Paralyzed following a car crash at the age of 22, Pancho uses slight head and wrist movements today to live his life as an uncle, web developer, and also the first human to be able to plug into a computer and speak with just his thoughts.
